Our
Alpine pasture in Val Giovo is a farmed pasture at an altitude of 1610 m, nestling in a basin of Alpine pastures framed by the Sarntal Alps and the Stubai Alps. You can stay overnight on the pasture by arrangement.
Animals graze on the pasture. The
fresh grass and
Alpine hay are particularly important for the wellbeing of the animals and the quality of milk. You can taste it in our
homemade Alpine butter and our
Alpine cheese!
From Maurerhof you reach the Alpine pasture with a comfortable 1 hour walk.
